Full description
Your 3-hour private walking tour begins at Heroes’ Square, where you’ll be introduced to the history of the Hungarian nation. From here you’ll continue on with a visit to the city park, where the Millenary Exhibition was held in 1896.

Next on the itinerary is a stop at the Széchenyi thermal bath, and then a ride on the oldest Metro line on the continent.

Take a walk along Andrássy Avenue, in the so-called Broadway district of Pest, and admire the city’s famous Opera House. You’ll also have a chance to visit St. Stephen’s Basilica.

Walk across the Danube River by the Chain Bridge, entering the city’s Buda district. Take the bus up to the Fisherman’s Bastion and visit the Castle District, and enjoy the beauty of the newly renovated Renaissance Garden.
