It was a full day of tastings of what Bruny Island has to offer. Their cheese, chocolate, cider, honey, oysters - yum. Great selection of lunches at the Bruny Pub. Fabulous views from atop the lighthouse. This trip is a “must do”. Our driver/guide went above and beyond to make sure our day was one to remember. I will be sharing my great experience exploring Bruny Island. Thank you Bruny Island Safaris (Nigel - you’re the best )
The only issues were as below This was with the driver compentary. The bus needs a pa system , as if you are up the back or centre, you cannot hear. I was charged an overseas booking fee by booking online for the trip booked in queensland for a trip in tasmania. This should not occur unless you are paying from overseas. I wont get caught next time These were the only negatives
Fantastic tour, excellent guide (Rick) is so knowledgeable about Bruny Island, Tasmania and things in general! He made the most of our day despite some tricky weather conditions for part of the day. Great food, a few laughs and good fun. I’ll be back!
Loved the tour of Briny Island. It was great to taste local produce like the cheese, oysters and honey. A fantastic lunch included, and a great rendition of the history of the island was given by our amazing guide Jemma, she made the day great!!
