Full description
When you check in at the wharf, the staff will communicate all tour times of the day to guests. Then, travel from Brisbane to Moreton Island on a scenic ferry ride. Enjoy a complimentary beverage either on the boat ride over to Moreton, or on the return journey. Arrive at this beautiful island after an approximately 75 minute journey and spend some time exploring at your own leisure. Enjoy full access to the various pools, cafes, restaurants, bars and, of course, the beach!

Included in your day trip is a snorkelling tour. The snorkelling experience takes you to one of Australia's best snorkelling locations, The Wrecks, which is home to a large variety of reef fish, coral formations and marine life.

Learn about dolphin marine life with the optional 'Discover the World of Dolphins' presentation at the Eco Centre at 3:15pm. Watch this informative demonstration, or simply explore the island at your leisure until sunset. Then, make your way to the jetty for the wild dolphin feeding program. Witness a majestic pod of dolphins visiting the shallow shore, and see them play together until it’s time to be fed. Follow an expert into the shallow water and hand feed fish to a wild bottlenose dolphin. You will be assisted by the Dolphin Care Team, consisting of Eco Rangers and dedicated staff who operate under strict guidelines to ensure the protection of the dolphins.
At approximately 7:00pm, leave the island and travel back to Brisbane, arriving at 8:15pm.

We chose the 10am sailing and arrived at the resort at 11:30. Our snorkelling tour wasn’t booked until 3:15 so we spent some time in the resort first. The snorkelling tour time is pre booked for you and I think there are 3 or 4 sessions a day. The resort itself is dated and a bit tired but the activities were professionally managed and the staff were friendly and equipment good. The dolphin feeding is at 7:15pm. My only real gripe about the day is we didn’t have time to get our photo of the dolphin feeding which was a shame as the boat departed for Brisbane as soon as the dolphin feeding had finished.

A well organized resort with different choice of activity. The snorkelling is well arranged but it was a bit hurry for the session in 12:15 while I were taking the ferry departed at 10:00. I agree Dolphin appear in this island is a highlight although I cannot feed them in water when the weather was not permit me to do so, I understand it is uncontrollable but still, you can check the dolphin around the pier when the times come.

The island is very beautiful. The spring very complete. The activity of scuba diving excellent. On the other hand, the dolphin activity was not good. We were 200 people having to feed the dolphins in 5 minutes ... The factory !! Activity not to do !!
