What People Are Saying about Blue Lagoon

unique experience be warned can be very crowded.

really enjoyed experience although be prepared for very crowded place and lots of queues so make sure you allow at least 30 mins to get into lagoon. once in not as croweded as entrance and locker rooms. towels and robes are available to hire as walking into lagoon can be very cold. Once in water very relaxing and lots of drinks available to keep hydrated.

Epic experiences that is a must for everyone!!!

Our tour guys were exceptional! The blue lagoon was vocanic in the scale of the experience. The geyser and waterfall experience was both educational and awe inspiring!!!

Well organised even with short daylight time

The guide was very nice and has explained many things about the trip and golden circle. The first part, the lagoon, was a little confusing in how it worked, where to leave our stuff and so on, we stayed there from 09.00-12.00 when the bus left back to the station. This was an amazing time because the sun was rise. There we got back to the bus station where we swapped bus towards the lake of the old parliament, followed by the geyser and the waterfall Gullfoss. There might be not enough time if you want to take many long pictures since the sunset was pretty soon, but for us it was enough. We will see these in summertime too!

Reykjavik Blue Lagoon and Golden Circle Afternoon Tour Reviewed by a GetYourGuide Customer, 28/11/2017

The best outdoor swimming experience in the winter.

The pick up was on time and there are bus services departing from the Blue Lagoon every hour, this allowed us to spend as much time as we needed in the spa. It was raining when we arrived and the wind was strong, the water was a bit choppy but it didn't dampen my Blue Lagoon experience, it is highly recommended.

weather started bad on the way but once there it was amazing.

The place is really beautiful and peaceful. It was the best part of Iceland, so relaxing. The weather changed luckily while there from rain to blissful sun. Drinks are expensive, changing rooms are small. Lockers around the pools would be a good idea to save running in and out for camera. Advanced notice that the bar sells phone protectors would be nice as well. But was definitely the best part of our stay in Iceland and would recommend to anybody.
