Full description
Discover the diverse city of Athens. Known for its historical monuments, Athens is also home to many modern, elegant structures.

Visit the Acropolis, which still stands as a reminder of the beauty and glory of ancient Athens. High atop its rocky base are the Parthenon, the Propylea, the temple of Athena Nike, and the Erechtheion, with its stunning Porch of Maidens.

Drive to the Roman Temple of Olympian Zeus and the Panathinaikon Stadium. This stadium was site of the first modern Olympic Games in 1896, birthplace of a world-wide tradition.

Continue driving and pass by the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in front of the Parliament House on Constitution Square. Here you’ll experience views of government buildings and elegant structures of the 19th century.

Drive along Panepistimiou Avenue and view the Catholic Cathedral, the Academy, University, and National Library.

Truly dubious organization from the hotel, there are 1 billion groups, we do not know which bus to board, who is our guide, etc. But once this ordeal has been overcome the guide has been really cool , she made the effort to translate everything into French when we were only 2 French in a group of 40 Americans, thank you to her!

Awesome visit thanks to our guide Emmanouil !!!

We were the two Frenchmen of a group of around thirty English-speaking people. Our guide Emmanouil commented on the visit to the Acropolis, the bus tour and the visit to the Acropolis museum in English and French, even though there were only two of us. Emmanouil was very available, patient, precise in his comments. We are very delighted by the beauty of what we visited but also by the rich explanations of our so nice guide. We recommend without any hesitation.

Very interesting

Our guide Dimitria was very generous and took the time to explain everything to us, however, in our group, we were only 2 French-speaking Belgians allowed from the English but Dimitria did not leave us any ribs and took the time for us. We thank him and his French is great.
