Full description
Your tour will begin as you meet at the trailheads, roughly thirty minutes from Downtown Asheville. From here you will immerse yourself in nature with a 2 to 3-hour guided hike while taking in the scenic mountain and waterfall views. A short meditation and guided yoga experience will leave you feeling open and relaxed to perfectly complement your day of hiking among nature.

Lastly, you can commemorate your experience with photos, which will be shared after the tour. As an added bonus, you've done your part for the environment with trees donated on your behalf to the One Tree Planted organization.

Prepare for the activity

Meeting point

From Asheville, take I-40 east to Exit 73 at Old Fort. Before the exit ramp ends, take the sharp right-hand turn onto Catawba River Rd. If you are coming from east of Old Fort on I-40 west, take Exit 73, turn left and take the first right before McDonald's (on ramp to get back onto I-40). Turn left onto Catawba River Rd. Drive three miles to the end of the road to the gravel parking lot. There are public restrooms available to use at the trailhead.
