What people are saying about Aix-en-Provence
Heading to the main tourist attractions of Marseille which is far from the city and completed on one day was really very fruitful trip. My trip was a lucky one as there was no traffic slow down on the road and I finished with enough time for each tourist attraction:) Sebastian is tour guide for the day who is very helpfully and very kind to wait for me when I am late for the tour and I recommend him to be the best tour guide:)
Had a pretty poor experience in Marseilles overall, but this was our final day, and we wished we had gotten out of the city earlier. The surrounding area is beautiful, our guide was knowledgeable and adjusted our trip to dodge the rain as necessary. Overall a great experience that saved our weekend excursion.
Our guide LEO was most knowledgeable, very passionate about the region, and provided the right amount of freedom to experience maximum enjoyment of the tour. Leo, a native to Marseille, described each site in such a way that we gained far more insight than any tour we have taken in the past 12 years.
He was knowledgeable, prompt and took good care of us. We did not realise that the drive on the highway would be so long. Aix was interesting but not amazing. Driving on smaller rural roads would have been more interesting. Thankyou
Great way to see these lovely villages without going crazy trying to drive yourself there. Each village had its unique charm and were very picturesque.
