Elding is a family owned company specialising in adventures at sea from Reykjavík and Akureyri, Iceland. We are proud to be the original whale watching operator in Reykjavik and in addition now also arrange other adventure tours such as fishing, bird watching, northern lights cruises, ferry to Viðey island and offer various private and incentive tours. We operate all year round and have multiple departures a daily. Our goal is to operate on sustainability principles, which refer to a suitable balance of the environmental, economic, and socio-cultural aspects of tourism development. We try to offer good quality services and facilities, and base our work on the EarthCheck and Blue Flag’s standards along with IceWhale’s guidelines. We believe in using our experience and enthusiasm to make the best tours available for our passengers. We truly put great care into the business, and the adventures at sea have become a lifestyle for us. As our tours are authentic wildlife and nature tours, no two tours are the same.
