The tour departs from Eilat and heads towards Petra, crossing the Aravah border along the way.

Ride through the dusty desert landscapes, and marvel at the vast sandy scenery that stretches out all around you. Follow the scenic route alongside the mountains before arriving at Petra, one of the Seven Wonders of the World. Upon arrival, explore the highlights of the site with your expert guide and listen to fascinating stories and legends about the people who once lived here.

As you amble around, admire the vibrant hues of the rocks from which most of the buildings here were carved, earning Petra the nickname ‘red-rose city.'

Following your tour, enjoy some free time to wander around the site at your own leisure and focus on the areas that interest you most. After the tour, start the return journey to Eilat in the direction of the port region of Aqaba.

It was an excellent trip. It took too long to get over the border to Jordan. But otherwise it was a great experience. Our guide spoke good English and was very patient with the group. The lunch was perfect to end the trip. The food was excellent. I went back for seconds!! Sandstone restaurant in Petra is 5 stars..

Very nice experience. One day trip can be a bit short to see the whole site, however highly recommended. The guide was super friendly and gave us great explanations. It would be nice if the agency could arrange pick ups in various hotels in Eilat were people make the booking. Nevertheless the bus had some problems on the way back from Jordan to Israel, so we would recommend to make more checks on this.

The trip was really well organized and went according to plan. In relation to the total duration of the tour (12 hours), the stay in Petra was short at 2.5 hours, but I expected that. The time on the outward journey at the border was annoying, a total of 2 hours for the formalities. If several helpers were used on the Jordanian side and all the steps did not have to be carried out individually in the group, one could save some time. In the bus, the guide has already told a lot about the course of the day, the history and importance of Petra, all in English with poor technology. system in the bus and loud driving noises. Quite difficult for me, who doesn't speak English very well. It would have been nice if each participant had received the most important facts on a piece of paper or by e-mail beforehand. The price is not too high, because the entrance fee to Petra is already 90 jord. Dinar (currently over 120EUR), which is clearly a tourist rip-off.
