There is currently a shortage of taxis and private hire cabs in Edinburgh, which may make it harder to get to the departure point if you're thinking of using a taxi. My experience of our trip was good. We saw a lot of places that gave us a nice glimpse of Scotlands highlands. Maybe I would like to had more time outside the bus and enjoy more the great nature that surrounded us. Our guide Jim was great, he told us many wonderful stories and history from Scotland.

It was ok but would recommend more stops along the way to interesting places and not just trying to get to too a place without getting the feel of where we are going and what the area is about! Also thought we’d have a bit of hiking or going into attractions and not just stopping in set places to take photos! This was not the right trip for my teenage daughters for sure. too.

Ronnie was a great guide. Lots of tidbits of information and did not talk too much. Time allocated at each stop was just right. Great b&b arranged by company. Comfortable bus and great charge stations were available. Only unfortunate piece was we originally booked for three, one person injured a few days before and could not attend, and we could not get a partial refund for her ticket.
