Full description
Head for the Highlands, whether in search of the Loch Ness Monster or just a scenic day trip from Edinburgh. After pickup from the meeting point, relax on your group’s bus and listen to the guide’s entertaining commentary. Your first stop is Kilmahog for an introduction to the famous Highland Cows and a cup of coffee. If you’ve ever asked yourself what a ‘hairy coo’ is, this is a real treat. Next, travel up the road to Glencoe. Enjoy a 10-minute photo stop here as the unforgettable Highland views wow you. Lunch is then in Fort William, where your guide can advise you on where’s best to eat. If interested in the mysteries of the kilt, you can even get a ‘wee’ kilt introduction here. You’ll then be whisked to Loch Ness itself.  Best of all, customize your experience at Loch Ness with some personal touches. Visit the majestic Urquhart Castle, and hop on a boat in search of ‘Nessie’, as the locals fondly call it. Or simply hang out on the pier and grab a coffee with some fantastic views. On the way home, make a short snack stop in Pitlochry, a beautiful village in the heart of the country, before returning to Edinburgh.

Fantastic way to see the Highlands, the whole trip was well organised, informative and entertaining with the amazing driver Andrew and the tour guide Paul. both the gents were amazing at passing on their knowledge and were very friendly and informative. Just one piece of advice, even if the weather is beautiful in Edinburgh, always take extra layers for the Highlands, wish I'd taken my jacket.

We thoroughly enjoyed our tour. Paule (I think his name was) and the driver were both fantastic. They were both so friendly, really enthusiastic and they also both put themselves out to take pictures of us at all different points of the tour to give us a memorable experience. They also kept us entertained along the tour with laughs and most importantly very informative on the history of Scotland. I personally can’t credit them enough and to say that I have no interest in history at all and only went on the tour for a way of seeing Scotland quickly, I have now learned some very interesting things that I will always remember about the history of Scotland. Highly recommend x

We had a very good trip. The bus loser and the tour guide did their best to have a wonderful day. Stunning landscapes and interesting stories made our day beautiful. Comfortable travel, excellent and attentive staff. We can recommend it to everyone! We came from Hungary. I left my phone at the first stop. The travel agency and staff did everything I could to get it back. Special thanks to the office and the bus driver as well as the tour guide for their help. Great team, great people!
