The Edelweiss Cooking School is situated in the old town of Salzburg. Our Culinary experience will begin by allowing our guests a chance to try their hand at cooking some of our most authentic Austrian dishes such as Apple Strudel or Salzburger Nockerl! In our cooking lessons you will be given the opportunity to cook on your own while being carefully guided by our experienced chef Johann Bauer. You will acquire a wealth of culinary knowledge in an extremely fun and relaxed environment. Alongside our guests will attain an acute insight into the history of Austrian Cuisine. The maximum group size of 15 People per lesson will guarantee a high quality experience of every individual participant.
