I was nervous about this tour because I had read reviews from other travellers that weren't great (citing issues with pick-ups and customer service), but my experience couldn't have been better! I booked the trip the night before and worried my request wouldn't be seen by the morning so I contacted the reservations team and within an hour they called me to confirm with my pick-up time and location. Our tour guide was on time, friendly, and full of information from the beginning of the trip until the end of it 12 hours later. Driving along the coast of Croatia into the mountains in Bosnia and Herzegovina was beautiful and made the trip seem fast. Our walking guide in Mostar was great as well, and overall, it was a great experience! I was worried we wouldn't get to spend much time in Mostar because of the other cities, but we had a one hour walking tour and two hours of free time in Mostar, which was just enough to explore the old town and for a quick lunch.

Vladimir, our driver and guide, was terrific! He was professional, knowledgeable, and a great driver. He provided quite a bit of information which we appreciated. We would have liked more time in Medjugorje as it was too rushed. We were disappointed that our local guide in Mostar only walked us over the bridge and to a shop. As she handed us off to a person at the shop (who showed us a video), she said that she had to go to another tour and quickly left! Overall, we're glad that we went and would consider staying there a day or two next time.

Mostar is surely a city worth visiting. During the one hour guide you’ll know about some history of the town, including some introductions to historical buildings and religious buildings. And after there’s a short video of the war happening in the 1990s, of how the town and the old bridge is destroyed. If you’re looking for some historical and you want to take good pictures, I would definitely recommend you go to Mostar!

I enjoyed the frank discussion of the events of the '91-'95 war and consequences. I wanted to see this city of Mostar that I had only seen on the news at the time. Great to see that it's a vibrant city again. Wish our local guided tour was a little longer, but our main tour guide, Liljana, did a great job leading us to all the sites.

The trip was very well organized. Lydia our guide and the local guide in Mostar were well informed and pleasant. This was my fourth trip with Get Your Guide. Taking one to Montenegro tomorrow!
