Escape the hustle and bustle of Dubrovnik on this full-day private tour of the small towns and cities of Pocitelj, Medjugorje, and Mostar in Bosnia and Herzogovina. Departing via Dubrovnik Bridge - stopping to take panoramic photos - drive along the Adriatic coast to Neum, the only coastal town in Bosnia and Herzogovina, and stop for morning coffee.
Continue through the picturesque River Neretva delta to the small town of Pocitelj, one of the most beautiful settlements of the 15th century. Still remarkably intact, enjoy time shopping or wandering the hilly streets, before driving on to Medjugorje.
Medjugorje is one of the most famous pilgrim sites in the Catholic world after a controversial apparition of Our Lady of Peace in 1981. Explore at your own pace, and experience the town’s spiritual ambiance.
The last stop is the historic city of Mostar. A meeting point of cultures and religions for centuries, Mostar is one of the most important towns in the Herzegovina region. Discover the symbol of the city at the Ottoman era Old Bridge. It stood for 427 years until it was bombed during the Balkan Wars, and has now been lovingly restored to become one of the most exemplary pieces of Islamic architecture in the Balkans.
