Full description
Montenegro is a country with a rich history and beautiful nature, located less than 1 hour from the city of Dubrovnik. You will have the opportunity to visit all the important historical and natural sights of the Montenegro coastline. The picturesque small towns Risan and Perast will attract you with its charm, and the legend may encourage you to visit the small island of Our Lady of the Rocks. Located on the banks of Kotor Bay, the old town of Kotor is the best preserved urban center from the Middle Ages, typical of the towns that were created in the 12th and 14th centuries. Surrounded by 5-kilometer long ramparts, the town’s medieval architecture and numerous monuments have put Kotor on the UNESCO list of the World Natural and Cultural Heritage Sites. It is also known for its nautical tradition and famous commercial fleet. One of the most beautiful natural attractions is the peninsula of Sveti Stefan (Saint Stephen). Today, it is an attractive city-hotel with luxury villas and beautiful beaches. On the peninsula Sveti Stefan there is also a rich cultural and historic heritage left behind by its original inhabitants. Budva is the main center of the Montenegrin tourism. Many tourists are attracted to its beautiful, sandy beaches but it is also rich in historical monuments. The old town lies on a small peninsula and represents a treasure chest of the cultural heritage.

Great tour I had a very friendly guide who had extensive knowledge about Dubrovnik and Montenegro, making the tour full of great historical data. He was very patient, took me to places that were very worthwhile, and drove the car impeccably. Montenegro is a formidable place, especially Kotor. It is well worth knowing and experiencing it thoroughly. Budva is also super recommended. 100 points for the tour.

A very interesting tour

The tour was very interesting. The driver arrived on time to pick us up, in a very comfortable car. Along the way, Alex our driver gave us all kinds of information about Croatia, and some information about Montenegro. Alex was very attentive at all times, regarding our comfort. He took us very safely. Then, we had a visit in Spanish of the city of Kotor, with a guide named Duro, very friendly and a very good guide.

Fabulous and well informed guide

Reference #: GYG01805430 Please share our appreciation with your company for the excellent service we received yesterday. Our tour guide was Zeljko and he was superb! He was prompt in picking us up; articulate with his English; personable, very professional; informative; and thoroughly enjoyable as a guide. He approached the day's events with great flexibility and provided excellent services throughout a very long but interactive day. We loved meeting him and feel that he was a wonderful guide. Over the years we have arranged several private tours on journeys through many countries. Zeljiko is among the best! Thank you for assisting with our tour and we look forward to perhaps more interactions with your company in the future. Phillip and Marilyn Davis
