This innovative way of exploring Dublin is ideal for anyone who doesn't really like following tour guides and big crowds around a large area. I went with my sister (both in our early 30s) and had only a few hours to spend in the city, so this interactive tour was just what we needed, as it combined a thrilling story with major tourist attractions! The overall distance was easily walkable, by the way, and, since we happened to take the tour around Christmas time, we particularly enjoyed the beautiful lights and decorations around the city. The only problem we faced was the unexpected rain (we had booked many days in advance) which enhanced the spooky feeling of the story behind the tour, but forced us to cheat on the first and last question-riddle by using help from the Internet (sorry!), as we really needed to avoid going some extra distance! Overall, it was a very nice experience and we would definitely recommend it to small groups of friends (2-3 would be just perfect).

Wonderful tour! The tour guide was great and he even sung a couple of typical Irish songs to entertain us ☺️. The Powerscourt gardens weren’t that spectacular this time of the year and I was a bit disappointed that I couldn’t see the Powerscourt Waterfall. You also spend two hours in these gardens en only 50 minutes at Glendalough, it’s a bit disappointing that they didn’t do it the other way around. Glendalough is amazing and has to get a lot more attention then just the 50 minutes given. But all in all the tour was great: amazing guide, wonderful scenery, beautiful places and amazing views!

names were not on the list for this tour

This activity was on Paddywagon Tours. They did not have our names on their passenger list for this tour. We were kicked off this tour and they were working to try to get us onto another tour. We waited another hour and they were finally able to get us onto another tour.

Absolutely fantastic way to explore the south-east of Ireland in 3 days and learn a lot about the culture and history on the way. The guides were all very knowledgeable and passionate about their country. An unforgettable experience!

great trip - could have had a longer walk in the mountains but jonny was interesting to talk to as we sat next to him up front and got some extra non touristy info. Going back another way also gave us the views of the sea towns
