Tiernan was an excellent guide who provided an excellent introduction to the history of Irish whiskey making, the confusing rules for whiskey naming, and an introduction to pairing whiskey with cheeses, chocolates, and fruit. The group was small and friendly. Highly recommend!

If I could give this more than 5 stars, I would. I’m normally hesitant to do tours like this, but it was well worth the money! Andrew was an amazing tour guide and able to talk about the finer points of whiskey, Irish culture and Dublin as a city. This tour was the cherry on top of a great day, and when we make it back to Dublin, we will be doing another one! Sláinte!

If you’re into drinking plenty of whiskey then this is the tour for you. Conversation started out mainly about whiskey (which was a bit monotonous) but our guide had plenty of tour guide experience with our companies that she started sharing plenty of great facts about Dublin and Ireland.
