- Pickup and drop-off are available within Dubai except inside the mall. Please note that pickup and drop-off must be from the same location. Pickup and drop-off are included from any hotel or residential building inside Dubai Central locations: Bur Dubai, Deira, Karama, Oud Metha, Al Qusais, Al Jafliya, Al Rashidya, Al Barsha, Jumeirah Lake Towers, Dubai Marina, Palm Jumeirah, Discovery Garden, Downtown, Business Bay, Jumeirah Beach Residence, Jumeirah, Sheikh Zayed Road. Pickup from Al Maha Resort, Bab Al Shams, Jebel Ali Resorts, Expo Village Hotels, Al Maktoum Area Hotels, Jebel Ali Palm Hotels, and Dubai Parks hotels and resorts are on a private basis only with no shared transportation options. Pickup is not available from the Hatta area or from locations outside Dubai. - Government rulings can stop entertainment in the camp at any time, due to the loss of ruling family members. During the month of Ramadan, there will be no live entertainment or alcohol served
- All vehicles are fully insured and equipped with safety features, such as roll bars, seat belts, GPS, and a first aid box
- The duration of this activity is approximately 4-hours, which includes travel, pickup, and drop off time
- Children are not allowed to participate in the quad bike portion of the activity
- Quad biking segment is solely the participants' responsibility. Guests are recommended to take precautions when driving. Any damage, injuries sustained, or items lost during quad biking are not covered by insurance
- All participants booking the quad bike option must sign an indemnity form before the activity
