Here, you will also get to see exhibits of the traditional Lahu costumes and tools. 15h00 Spend a lovely afternoon to explore a local market and buy some vegetables and ingredients needed during the cooking class and cycling trip around the community to visit an old temple of Fang town. 17h00 Return back to the hotel for a cooking class. Cook and taste your own Dinner Day 3: Fang – Doi Pumeun – Chiang Mai 08h00 After breakfast at hotel 09h00 Start the trip to Doi Pu Muen by pick-up truck uphill for about an hour. Doi Pu Muen is a mountain and highland which is 1,306 meters above sea level with cooling temperatures all year round. 10h00 Arrive Doi Pu Muen, the Christian Tribe who mainly grows tea and coffee as their cash crops. Visit tea plantations and have fun learning how to pick tea leaves like a local, as well as heat and dry tea leaves, also taste some good tea from Lahu people. 11h30 Learn a local wisdom about how to cook with bamboo for authentic Lahu lunch at Homestay 13h00 End up the Lahu community with a traditional hill tribe performance as well as their history and legend. 14h00 Fresh up at Doi Pu Muen Waterfall 15h00 Time to head back to Chiang Mai city 18h00 Arrive and transfer to your hotel.
