The tour guide Matthew (Mateo) was excellent! Very good presentation, very cultured, very polite and gave an excellent explanation of all the scenarios in which Pope John Paul II was involved. My mom (Patricia) went with my sister (Tatiana) to this tour and they were very pleased and happy! They had had some bad experiences with other tours, but the positives and the guide's great attitude, diction and way of explaining, made up for other not so positive events in Poland. We definitely recommend the guide with 1000 stars! :) The tour guide Matthew (Mateo) was excellent! Point by point review. Professional and licenced service - Good overall. Transport during the tour - Good and comfortable. Admission and guided tour in Home of JP II - Tickets included but not with guided tour. We were asked to pay extra for an English tour (audio tour). We did not opt for it as most of the presentations had English which could be read. English-speaking driver and tour leader - Good. Transport by air-conditioned minivan - Good. Transport by private vehicle - Was provided. Hotel pick-up and drop off - Was provided. Small gift (cottage cheese) - Not provided. Water - NOT PROVIDED. Food or drinks (other than water) - This is fine. You can opt for it. It was a relaxed trip and the driver did not rush us. Also, we were a group of 7 so 150 PLN per person for the travel and museum entry was decent I think. I still feel the price could be better.

This was a wonderful day, made even better by a fantastic tour guide. Adrian spoke perfect English which made for a really informative tour and a great sense of humour too. Perfect for guiding 2 Scousers around Krakow. The museum had some amazing items belonging to Saint John Paul II on display, then onto the Basilica and Saint Faustino resting place. Truly a wonderful day. Thanks again to Adrian. I would definitely recommend.

A must for those seeking the trail of our Holy Father. An experience full of joy and faith, especially when faced with such adversity at a young age. St John Paul II persevered and his devotion to Mary was his strength. Totus Tuus. Michael provided great guidance along the way, very pleased with this tour.

A fantastic full day out. My guide, Gregory, was a pure gentleman who parted with a lot of knowledge throughout the course of our day. I highly recommend this day out and thank Gregory for making the day special through his hospitality and kindness.
