Very interesting visit starting with the important pieces of the museum then by this marvelous site. A huge negative point was not knowing the schedule of the visit until the last moment, which forced us to take 2 hotel nights on site instead of one (and therefore one night less for the rest travel).

Georgia was very knowledgeable about the area and Delphi's ruins. She helped us recreate the site in our minds with pictures and gave detailed explanations of the area. We then toured the museum which was helpful to further our understanding and visualization of what it used to be like. New Dephi is a cute town. If you have to park there, it's not far and worth walking around. We rented a car and drove from Athens. Worth driving and making it a day trip. You pass through a cute ski town and can grab a coffee there on you way to Delphi!

The Oracle and Temple of Apollo in Delphi is something I have read about for many years. To have Georgia’s expertise guiding us through the museum and then through the sacred path was amazing. It would not have been as meaningful without her helping to create the mental image as we went. Thank you Georgia for that moment. I definitely recommend this tour if you have interest in this topic.
