Find several highlights as you walk along the old streets, including the town hall, the ancient church, and the beautiful Agnetapark. Many of the sights of Delft are closely tied to the royal family; it was in the Prince's Court, for instance, that the founding father of the Netherlands, William of Orange, was murdered, and it is in the town's new church that his tomb as well as the graves of the Dutch royal family are displayed. Very nice way to discover a new city, even when you are in your own country! There was a mistake in the question about the bridge with the cows. They still need to adjust that (the number is higher)

Onze gids liep prettig rustig. We kregen alle tijd. Meer dan genoeg informatie en uitleg. Voorlopig kunnen met alle adviezen van onze gids nog wel even voort in Delft.

Nice walk, too bad he turned out to be in English. We could not find De Candelaer alone; And the doors in the CS have since been replaced ;-)

Great tour through Delft with Harold. Learned about the history, visited one of the official Delfts Blue pottery and the New and Old church.
