David Ringler is an awesome guide. With a group of 7 friends, we needed to leave a little later, no issue. The program was very fluid, adjusting to our needs. He is very upbeat and knowledgeable, speaks 7 languages and is very sociable. Even though no food/beverages were included, he bought water, beer, shisha... He will make sure the car is cool when you get back. He will get you to the quiet beach at the Dead Sea. Make sure to carve ample of time out, his stories might take a little longer than you've planned time for! :-)

  • From Amman: Leisure & Wellness Tour to the Dead Sea

    2. From Amman: Leisure & Wellness Tour to the Dead Sea

After pickup from your accommodation in Amman, sit back and relax as you begin a full-day tour of some of Jordan’s most significant sights. Head to the Christian city of Madaba, ‘the city of Mosaics’. Madaba has the oldest known mosaic map of the holy land. Visit St George church, its archeological park as well as its museum.Next, visit Mt Nebo. It is said that Moses spent his last days on Mt Nebo, looking down at the holy land that he could not enter. Here you can view the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, Jericho, and Jerusalem. Finally, finish your day at a 5-star resort on the Dead Sea. Enjoy lunch and spa entry at the resort, and relax by the beach. After sunset, be taken back to Amman.

Great experience! The dead sea resort spa lunch was fun. It's on your own to utilize the spa services. It's a short walk to a private beach as well as pool access in addition to a buffet style lunch. This is where I spent the most time and there is more flexibility with the private tour (utilize your time to the fullest). There is a lot of culture and history in Jordanz enjoy!

What people are saying about Dead Sea

Super friendly, fun and knowledgeable guides. Lots packed in but never rushed. So many little extras from the Aramaic reading of the Lord’s Prayer to the date cakes. Souvenir shop not the usual ripoff place and the driver looked after us well at the Dead Sea. Nice bonus visit to Jericho. There were 13 of us in the morning with 8 staying on for the afternoon. Has to rate as one of the best value and all round excellent tours ever!
