Ein Spektakel, das man gesehen haben muss, ist das Amphitheater. Es hatte eine Kapazität für 25.000 Menschen und war das drittgrößte im Römischen Reich. Weitere wichtige Sehenswürdigkeiten sind die Mosaikböden, das Traianeum, die Statuen von Diana, Venus und Trajan, die öffentlichen Bäder und das teilweise rekonstruierte römische Theater in Santiponce. Dank der Tatsache, dass sich keine der folgenden Zivilisationen auf den Ruinen von Italica niederließ, handelt es sich um eine recht gut erhaltene Stadt, die einen Besuch wert ist.
