There'll be sea grottoes, a visit to a charming seaside town and coastal views by the bucket-load.Leaving the port of Parga, we'll set sail onboard the Captain Hook into the open seas towards Antipaxos. It's the smaller of the two islands – it has just 120 residents – and its long stretches of white sand and Caribbean feel make it feel like it's one in a dozen. After some relaxing on deck and swimming, we'll hit the seas once more along the west coast, famous for the Blue Caves.Grab the chance to swim inside one of these atmospheric sea grottoes before heading to Gaios, the capital Paxos. With its Venetian-style mansions facing the islet of St Nicholas, it's a charmer. You'll have free time to roam around its narrow lanes or have lunch overlooking the boats before returning to Parga.

Experience Meteora's wow-factor landscapes on this tour from Parga. Visit the most important of Meteora's magnificent monasteries on a guided tour of Great Meteoron and then enjoy free time. You'll also have the option to visit a second monastery for which the entrance fee is extra. There will be photo stops at other monasteries before arriving in Kalambaka for lunch. Then, we'll explore the picturesque village of Metsovo before returning to Parga.

Evening Greek escape to Sivota from Parga

For a change of pace from the bright and buzzy atmosphere of Parga, you'll take a scenic bus ride 40 minutes up the coast to the town of Sivota. On your early evening visit, there's time to enjoy this quietly authentic slice of Greece. Take a wander around the marina, where fishing boats bob and colourful shops sell locally made olive oil and ouzo. As the sun sets, find yourself a sundowner at one of the tavernas and check out the fresh seafood on offer – calamari is a top pick here.

Parga lies in Greece's Epirus region, an area that really packs a punch in the beauty stakes. This trip will take you into the heart of the province to give you a glimpse of its spectacular scenery. You'll discover Ioannina, Vikos Gorge, mountain streams and rustic villages.You'll start at the Epirot capital, Ioannina. Set on a lake, it's got a Turkish look and feel due to its Ottoman past and we'll take a short stroll around. Ali Pasha Mosque is here, too, and your guide will tell you all about it during your visit. Next, it's a trip to the village of Monodentri. You've got two hours to explore this place on your own, but your guide will kick things off with a walk to the bite-sized St. Paraskevi Monastery – you're welcome to join them. When you're done looking around the souvenir shops and have treated yourself to some lunch, you'll head to the Oxia Viewpoint for epic views of Vikos Gorge. The last landmarks you'll visit are a pair of really scenic bridges, Kokkori Bridge and Kalogeriko Bridge. From here, you'll start the return journey back to your accommodation.
