My flight arrived at 4:40 and I picked the 5:15 shuttle bus. I was a little early coming out of arrivals so no one was waiting for me. I messaged the company on what's app just in case (can be a worrier) and was told a driver would be there at 5:30. They arrived in a minivan and we went thru danang picking up another passenger. Then we transferred to a car when we got to the outskirts of Hoi An and taken to our hotel . 100% recommend.

I booked this transfer for a relaxing, seamless, and cheap way to get from Hoi An all the way to Da Nang airport. It exceeded my expectations! The staff was very professional and confirmed my hotel's name and address by iMessage the day before. They arrived on time, and got me to the airport within the window they quoted. I'd absolutely book again in the future. Highly recommend!

Somebody at the airport to show the way as pickup is at the domestic terminal. All was perfect..even that I had no opportunity to print out my voucher...wrote it down but didn't have the location printed out and because of traveler stress, coming from BKK visa thing couldn't remember that U had to go from the international to the national terminal....therefore I Just needed the lady if the compagnie..
