What people are saying about Da Nang

The excursion was well organized. We went directly to the market in Hoi An, bought the ingredients together and then took the minibus to the basket boat ride. The basket boat ride was relatively unspectacular and the drivers were very keen on tips. At the end you could go fishing for crabs, that was really fun! The highlight, however, was the cooking class itself. We cooked a 4-course meal. All steps were explained well and in detail. In the end we were stuffed and very happy about this experience. Cooking course gladly again. You can save yourself a basket boat trip.

The boat ride was a fun way to start the day. It was very cute how the lady made us shrimp and flower finger rings out of palm trees. Then we started our cooking class. Lilly was very friendly and explained it in a simple way. Cooking the rice pancake was a bit scary because of the flames, but Lilly was always on hand to help.

This was a fantastic experience and our tour guides Barry and Edith where excellent. We toured the bridges around Da Nang first of all and we had some unique views. We then moved on to the food, the dishes where excellent and we especially enjoyed the Banh Xeo. The guides where fantastic and we would recommend the tour.

What a great experience this was. Didn’t really know what to expect but we walked away having a great tour with our great guides. Best way to see Da Nang is on the back of a bike. Come hungry as there is so much food too experience!!!

Great day cooking an absolute feast! Our instructor was so friendly and helpful and we had so much food. Learnt a lot of tips about cooking Vietnamese dishes too! Would 100% recommend
