Full-Day Hoi An City Tour & Marble Mountains From Hue City

3. Full-Day Hoi An City Tour & Marble Mountains From Hue City

The Marble Mountains (Vietnamese: Ngu Hanh Son; literally "five elements mountains") is a popular sightseeing location in Da Nang because of its alluring beauty. Upon arrival, we will take many steps up to visit the caves and pagodas as well as admire the beautiful panoramic view. You will then go to visit Son Tra Linh Ung Pagoda. Built under the reign of King Minh Mang during the Nguyen Dynasty (the 19th century), legend has it a Buddhist statue drifted downstream to the area and got anchored at a sandy embankment. Have lunch at a local restaurant. Then discover the city of Hoi An on foot. While walking through the city, we will make a few stops to visit Hoi An Museum, many of the town’s renowned Ancient Houses which boast remarkable architecture, Assembly Halls of Chinese influence; Art Craft Manufacturing Workshop and of course the must-see Japanese Covered Bridge. These spots are considered as typical architecture styles in Hoi An and reflect clearly the cross culture among France, Japan, China and Vietnam. Used to be a prosperous seaport city in the 16th century, passing over hundreds of years and withstanding the severity of the weather, Hoi An still exists and keeps the ancient and quiet beauty.

What people are saying about Da Nang

I have a great experience from this trip - The tour guide , Kong is wonderful. He has provided us great information on Hue and the history, a good story teller. The mini bus driver is responsible and given me sense of safety in view of Vietnam traffic. The lunch was so good that I have over ate. Also I have fulfilled 1 of my dream during this trip - got the pearl necklace of my dream during the stopover at the lagoon (not 1 but 2 necklace)!

Congh was an amazing guide. Very enthusiastic and entertaining. He made the whole group feel welcome and was hugely informative. The tour is a long day, but well worth it for the history and knowledge. Lunch was absolutely delicious.

Friendly chauffeur, fulfilled all our requests. The car was comfortable and clean, there was always fresh drinking water. Mister Hue drove us safely around the area. His English could get a little better.

Very interesting city of Hue. Lots of history, we really enjoy it this trip.

It was the perfect experience! Highly recommended!!!
