After departing from Hoi An, come see the city for yourself by taking a ride on the Sun Wheel, the largest observation wheel in Vietnam. The Sun Wheel is now one of the 10 highest observation wheels in the world. Then, enjoy the magic of the night's lights. After the ride, you will have a delicious dinner in Da Nang as you admire the Han River and its bridges with their colorful lights reflecting on the water. You will be able to see many sculptures made of stones before you hop aboard a boat at Bach Dang wharf to journey along the Han River. The Dragon Bridge will breathe fire each Saturday and Sunday night at 9:00PM.

Meet your local guide and discover Vietnam’s unique food culture as you immerse yourself into the local lifestyle. Stop at a local food market in Hoi An to witness how locals bargain with vendors to buy fresh ingredients for your upcoming cooking class — you'll even learn some Vietnamese words to try for yourself. Next, head to the Cam Thanh Coconut Village and explore the coconut water palm forest. Enjoy a firsthand experience of the famous basket boat dance and help fishermen catch crabs and fish using traditional fishing methods. Afterwards, take a small break in the coconut village forest before your cooking class begins. Your guide’s brother is a professional chef with many years of experience. Watch as he demonstrates the steps to cook authentic Vietnamese favorites that are only offered locally. Each guest will cook their own dishes in a hands-on culinary experience before sitting down together to savor your delicious creations. Menu for the cooking class: 1. Fresh spring roll 2. After pickup from your hotel, you will depart to explore Da Nang. The city is home to nine beautiful bridges with different architectural styles. Drive over some of the most famous bridges, which will be lit up at night.  Next, head to a local restaurant to enjoy dinner, which you will have pre-selected in advance. It is then time to admire panoramic views of the city from the highest rooftop bar in Da Nang. Soak up the great atmosphere while enjoying a beer or a cocktail. You will then be dropped safely back at your hotel.
