Fantastic experience, buses were very comfortable and efficient - queues although appeared long went down quickly :) would totally recommend the walk back down to aguas calientes

Bus pick up was a couple of blocks from hotel so it was very easy to catch the bus. Tickets were sent via email for printing and communication/instructions were very clear.
