A really fun and educational two hours spent with an excellent tutor. We were given an informative briefing on the Cocoa plant and the process to get to a fermented and roasted bean. We then made chocolate drinks and finally some chocolates to take home (1hr later once chilled). Really fun, interesting and very very tasty way to spend two hours, highly recommended.
This was a very fun and informative workshop for our family of four (two adults plus two kids ages 7 and 14)! We had a great time and were very proud of our finished products at the end of the workshop!
