Be picked up from your hotel in Cusco in the morning before heading to an archaeological zone and textile center located in Chinchero. See how locals dye alpaca wool with natural plants of the region.

Visit the archaeological site in Chinchero and see its terraces before moving on to Moray to learn about the history of the Incas and wonder at their mysterious circular terraces. Head to the nearby village of Maras and learn about its history as a center for salt production at the Maras Salt Mines. Admire the unique quilt work of over 3,000 salt ponds spilling into the Sacred Valley. Travel to Urubamba and enjoy a buffet lunch at a local restaurant. Stop at the ruins of Ollantaytambo and marvel at the remarkable Incan architecture built during the Incan Empire's heyday. See an amazing rock formation that represents the Incan god of Wiracocha.

A long day, but you get to see the best archeological sites of the Incas, our guide Ali was great she was very knowledgeable of everything, always made sure we were okay, happy to answer any questions and explained everything well that was easy to understand! it's a great full day if you don't have the time to see places individually

We loved the tour. Carlos is an amazing guide. We were in our first trip since our arrival in Cusco and we got very good insights not only on the sights we were visiting, but also on the Peruvian culture, economy and Inka legacy. Very appreciated. I read some reviews when I was researching, where some people complained that the time is too short at the sights.. We did not feel that at all. It was the right amount that allowed to walk around, take pictures and understand the history of the place. Great experience! Thank you!

Incredible full day tour of the Sacred Valley! We had limited time & wanted to see as much as possible. Started in cusco w hotel pickup at 6:30, went to Pisaq, a local jeweler’s shop, the sun temple at Ollantayambo, buffet lunch, quick stop at the Moray circular terraces and on to Maras for a history lesson from a local family and shopping stop, the Salt mines themselves, and lastly to Chinchero for another brief archaeological stop and a great presentation from local artisans at a weaving & dye textile collective. Back to Cusco around 6:30 pm. Super fast paced but very informative and you see a lot of the highlights.
