Definitely recommend!! Ali is a star!! So so lovely, interested in the group whilst being informative and patient*****. Funny, sweet and recommended lots of local places to eat at the end and suggestions on what to do if we haven’t already. The meeting point is really clear and easy, lots of guides meet here on the steps right next to the Vatican cafe so if you aren’t quite sure there’s someone close by to direct you :). The group was lovely, the headsets were good apart from the last part which was St Peter’s~ this was because of a fault with the guide’s microphone more than anything else. We did loose one person in such a busy place it’s easily done even though Ali tried so hard to regroup and keep us all together, however Ali waited as a group for the lost person and we rekindled all smiles. Lastly Ali didn’t rush us at all it was more than 3 hours but no one complained in fact we were never rushed which other tours have felt rushed before now. Not ALIS TOURS :)

Unfortunately, I received a message without a QR code. When I opened the link, I got to the app, but unfortunately without a code. I thought I might just have to show the data in the APP, but I couldn't. The whole thing cost us so much time that our admission time had expired. After a phone call to Get your Guide, the link could suddenly be opened. Luckily we were allowed in after all the trouble.

Elisa was an incredible tour guide. Her passion and enthusiasm made my first Vatican visit exceptional and at times almost brought me to tears. I had such a good experience. Thank you so much Elisa!!

Beyond the line cutter which avoids the queue, the audio-guide is very good.

Great time with fewer people, a great experience!!!
