There are many, many groups meeting at the "meeting point". I arrived 25 minutes early, looked for the group, asked personnel & other group guides but never did find my group. Turns out they met by where the buses are. I had trouble getting through to customer service until the nice fellow at the information booth gave me a different number. I got through on that number & thanks to Alicia of My Top Tours was able to get my ticket & meet up with the tour already underway. Alhambra is beautiful & our guide, Sherif, was extremely knowledgeable & a very nice guy.

Ana was a great tour guide and taught us many interesting things about the Alhambra. It was definitely worth paying for a guided tour because there is a lot to see and so much history behind it.

Ana is very knowledgeable and a vibrant guide. She has done her homework and knows the history of the Alhambra very well. We really enjoyed our 3 hours with her. Would highly recommend her.
