Welcome to the Archeological Museum of Córdoba, one of the most interested places of the city. With this tour you will meet the complete history of our city based in all pieces that are located inside this museum. We will meet in Plaza Jerónimo Páez, a beautiful and hidden square in the historical centre of Córdoba. The museum is the old Palace of Páez Castillejo, a beautiful bulding of the Renaissance style. We will visit the courtyard to meet the Roman mosaics, Roman tombstones and masterpieces as Mitra de Cabra from the II century. Inside the building, you will find an endless range of pieces of the different historical times of Córdoba: Capitel de los Músicos (century X), Estela de Ategua (century VIII - VII before Christ), Yamur of the Mosque (century X), etc. ... At the end of the tour, you will find the masterpiece of the museum: the archeolgical rest of the Roman Museum.
