It was a lovely day. Our guide, John, is a friendly, and excellent guide. He showed us wonderful scenery with a playful sense of humor. Dramatic cruise to the Island Ishneer, where we took a horse and cart tour, then back for lunch, or in our case, coffee and crumble (delicious). Bought an Aran sweater in a very small shop that had a good selection. The day passed almost too quickly.
A thoroughly enjoyable afternoon. The safety instructions and demonstration before we sat into the kayaks were excellent, along with lots of additional tips shared on an individual basis over the afternoon, which really enhanced the trip. A fun way to experience the two water bodies, by starting on the River Corrib and then moving out onto the lake.
The trip Jerry took us on was amazing .We enjoyed every second of it. His voice is so soothing. He carries the entire trip . He was very knowledgeable. He has the same energy as Bob Ross ,I’ve never met such a man. He should try ASMR. His tunes were fire as well. He is the ultimate gentleman ,bus driver and storyteller.
perfect way to see the Atlantic Way and Cliffd of Moher. The ferry wasn't available due to strong wave and currents do we couldn't do the Aran Island but the view from the Cliffs included a rainbow and the two additional stops and the extended time at the Cliffs made up for it.
Alan was a great tour guide! He told us so much about the history of this beautiful country and its people, and in between kept us entertained with jokes. It was a full dau-tiring but worth it1 Highly recommend!
