3. From Lisbon: Remote South-West Coast Full-Day Private Tour

Your tour will begin around 08:30, when you will be picked up from your accommodation or ship. As this is a private tour, your itinerary is flexible and you can choose which places you would most like to see, in discussion with your driver. You will start by heading south by the Iron Bridge towards Comporta beach, in the Troia region (a one-hour drive). Next, head further south to Melides, Santo André, Sines (the birthplace of Vasco da Gama), Porto Covo, Milfontes and Zambujeira do Mar. In between these points, depending on your preferences, you’ll have lunch at one of the many restaurants of the region that is known for its fresh fish and exquisite seafood. Along the way, proceed through the protected area of the southwest coast to Odiceixe, also a beautiful beach and one of the last points before reaching Algarve. On the return journey, there may be time for a short visit to São Teotónio, a traditional village in Alentejo, before returning to Lisbon by 6.30 PM.
