Your experienced and enthusiastic guide will do their best to locate as much of the game available in the area and interpret their behavior for you during your drive. The first few hours of the tour are usually good to see antelope, zebra and lion. As this safari covers all time periods of the day, you should have the opportunity to see most game species. Stopping for a tea and coffee break at around 10:30 AM, you will continue on the game drive for sightings of elephants and buffalo near the watering holes. At lunchtime you can enjoy a delicious South African braai with juice, mineral water, beer and white wine. After lunch continue on the safari before being returned to your place of accommodation. Refreshments will be served throughout the drive.

Join a qualified guide on a day safari and learn about the large variety of animals as well as the surrounding area. Each drive is unique and unpredictable, as the animals are constantly on the move. With this in mind, your guide will do their best to provide you with the best sightings possible. Tours take place in a closed vehicle with air-conditioning, large windows, and usb charge points at each seat. Lunch, light snacks, and drinks will also be provided on each tour, and at the conclusion of your experience you'll be returned back to Colchester.

We spend our time together experiencing the diverse plant, animal, and bird life Addo has to offer. Make sure to be on the lookout for the Addo flightless dung beetle, found almost exclusively in Addo. We may see lions, hyenas, various antelopes, the Cape Buffalo, our tenacious warthog, and inquisitive zebras. Perfect for photo opportunities! We make a quick pitstop at the famous Jack’s Picnic site, where you can stretch your legs and use the ablution facilities. We continue to the main camp for lunch at The Cattle Baron, where you are welcome to browse the curios shop or stroll to the lookout point below the eating deck. After lunch, we continue exploring the north side of the park before departing back. The approximate time spent in the park is between six and seven hours.
