Tour was great, did quite a few interesting stops on both days and the buffet lunches were delicious. Had more than enough time especially at Condor Cross, where we saw literally dozen of condors! However, my taxi transfer in Chivay was a bit messy. I was left alone at the lunch restaurant, the taxi came 20mins late (and didn't have my name, just my hotel). The day after I was told to be ready at 6:30 but the pick up was actually at 7:10, making me worried they've forgotten about me. In both cases when I've tried to contact the company through whatspp/calling I had no answer, which was a bit stressful. Eventually all was smooth, but communication was very lacking. (This is the only reason I gave it 4* instead of 5*)

Tour consigliatissimo. La nostra guida, Giovanni, era molto competente e attenta: ha sempre avuto tutto sotto controllo. Il canyon è divino e siamo riusciti a vedere moltissimi condor dal famoso mirador. Chivay è molto piccola ma graziosa, consiglio l'attività alle terme il pomeriggio. 5 stelle su 5, sicuramente!

Gute Busfahrer, super Guides, gutes Essen, gute Kommunikation mit der Agentur, pünktliche Abholung, aufgrund eines Streiks mussten die Guides Lösungen zum Transport und zum Beusch des Canyons finden, was sie super gut gemacht haben, es war eine tolle Art von Puno nach Arequipa zu kommen. Als Hotel in Chivay können wir das Casa Andina Standard empfehlen.
