After several "cultural" cooking classes on several continents, this one might well by our favorite. Both extremely hands-on as well as informative, we used machines and our own creativity, all manner of chocolate and toppings, and created our own unique "brands" while learning about the process and techniques of chocolate-making. Fantastic!

We liked it very much. Admirable is the change between English and German, as if it were the most natural thing in the world. The speaker(s) were all very connected to the topic, which was also noticeable through their heartfelt commitment.

NIce and fun hands-on experience, in a small museum. You get to walk home with the chocolate you have created and decorated yourself. Definitely recommended for chocoholics (small or big ones).

This was so much fun! Our instructor was personable and witty. We learned quite a bit, as well! Well worth it!!

The workshop was all fun and sweet. Except the 100% dark chocolate
