This half-hour Seadog Speedboat ride along Chicago’s lakefront is one of the best ways to view the city’s skyline while learning about the city. Combine an exciting speedboat ride with informative and amusing stories about the world-famous Windy City. As you depart Chicago's Navy Pier, your captain will tell you interesting facts about the pier and the lakefront as he cranks up the music and races to key lakefront landmarks.

Stop near the picturesque lakefront park of the Chicago Museum campus, where you’ll learn about the architecture and history of Chicago. Admire views of the Magnificent Mile neighborhood, including the Buckingham Fountain, Sears Tower, Grant Park, and Chicago's largest shopping district. Seadog extreme!! Hands down the best. You definitely get your money worth! let me write this in CAPS!!! IF YOU WANNA GET WET WET. SIT IN THE BACK!! SOOOO MUCH FUN. I forgot the captain and crew names. The captain was a young black guy(amazing driver)And our funny/fun instructor was a older white man with a colorful mohawk. I’m definitely coming back!!

I love SEADOG, but it seems like the regular non-extreme thrill ride has been modified to be basically a speed boat ride out and back instead of having a few little opportunities to get splashed and take a fast corner as it used to. I guess they decided to save all the real fun for the Extreme Thrill. With that disappointment stated, it is still lovely to go out in a speed boat and it was a good trip for the newbies I brought with me. I would still recommend. ♥️

We upgraded from the 'regular' Seadog tour to the Extreme - best decision ever! There is a time for the sedate Architectural tour, and there are times when you just really want to go fast. We had age ranges from 8 years to 59 years in our group - hard to say who enjoyed it more. We felt very secure & safe on the boat - heads up - sit in the front to get less wet. Highly recommend!
