Full description
Chicago is world-famous for its incredible skyline. Home to 5 of the largest buildings in the US, the Windy City is the birthplace of the skyscraper. Take a fun architecture tour of Chicago by segway and see famous buildings and public monuments. We begin our Chicago Segway tour at the northeast corner of Grant Park. We glide south through the Daley Bicentennial Plaza along the edge of Millennium Park to view the Pritzker Pavilion and Lurie Gardens. The fountains and floral paths provide an idyllic backdrop for Chicago sightseeing on a Segway. The Art Institute of Chicago is in Grant Park, here you will see the Modern Wing of the Art Institute. You will also see public art sculptures such as the Bean at Millennium Park and the arch of the demolished Chicago Stock Exchange Building. Amongst other sites, the neoclassical Field Museum will be visited. The tour draws to an end as we glide along Michigan Avenue taking in a diverse collection of structures and buildings dating back to the 19th century.

    This was so-o-o-o much fun!

We have lived in the suburbs of Chicago for over 50 years . . . . . We wish we would have done this years ago, so much fun. The segways were so easy to operate, we felt comfortable after 1 minute of using them. Aaron was our tour guide, and very knowledgeable and entertaining. The weather was perfect, and a great way to celebrate our 34th wedding anniversary. We will be back for another soon!
