Ride was short but very entertaining. Emphasis is on history rather than view, so if you go in thinking it’s going to be like an old western or something, you might be disappointed. Perfect for killing an hour or amusing littles with a train fascination (or bigs with a train fascination tbh).

Going back in time while learning about the early rail service was so enjoyable. Watching the locomotive on the turntable was fascinating. The teenager in our group videotaped this! We also enjoyed learning about the repair work and restoration being done.

We loved the train ride. We took our 5 year old granddaughter and she was thrilled ❗️ The conductor was very knowledgeable and shared many tidbits of the history of the trains and area.

The ride was very informative and the guides were very high spirited and you could tell they have a real interest in what they are telling you about the trains

It was so much fun, lots of interesting facts and history
