The overall experience was fantastic. Our guide was friendly and courteous. We were confused about why the lake cruise schedule was not flexible as it was a beautiful sunny day. The voucher given was not as great as the boat ride would have been.

Everything was great-picturesque landscape, easy transport, breathtaking views- but especially our guide Michelle was amazing, as a guide and as a person! Thank you for everything Michelle!

Unfortunately, due to the time we went, we went up and back on the cog railway. It was still spectacular!! A must do when in Lucerne for sure!

Guide was very knowledgeable. Trip was a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this to anyone staying in Lucerne

It was perfect. Pascal Our guide was so nice and friendly!!
