    Tour provided by Best of Switzerland. Everything from start to finish was faultless. Excellent communications before the tour commenced. A very friendly, knowledgeable tour guide and a friendly group - what more could you want? Attention to hygiene and safety precautions were good and implemented well without detracting from the experience. Konrad our guide was informative, humourous and readily available to take pictures upon request! In fact the your wouldn't have been as good without him!     The tour is already a full experience- we were able to enter the glacier caves and go sledding during the snow experience. The hanging bridge and ice flyer can also be accessed but since it was snowing and windy we opted not to try it anymore. Bus ride from and to Luzern is already included as well.
