What people are saying about Central Macedonia

We were accompanied on this beautiful tour by Mirjam (Maria) a wonderful, passionate and very interesting guide, you can see that she loves her job and also her city. He told us not only about the food but also about the history of Thessaloniki around the open markets and around. He offered us refined delicacies that are not found everywhere. The group that took part in the tour was very diverse, funny and pleasant. Normally the tour is done by bicycle but being a large group it was preferable to do it on foot, perhaps better because you can capture many more details. It was really a pleasure to meet Maria and spend this moment with her and the group. Finally, I would like to underline Maria's thoughtfulness and attention to my food intolerance: she took care to let me find an alternative to what I couldn't eat, I really appreciated it. Thanks for everything. Highly recommended experience!!

It was amazing, we received many nice tips from our guide and she even gave us an insight about the history, culture and not only about the gastronomy of Thessaloniki. We walked through the market and if we liked something, she bought it to us and explained the story behind. We tasted Greek coffer, many pastries, sweets, olives, feta, fish egg cream etc. I totally recommend it, it is worth the money, definitely!

Maria took us all over the downtown area and shared the history of Greece and Thessaloniki, as well as all the best food! She was wonderful and so was everything that we tried!

It was perfect and the Tour-Guide was very friendly and smart. It was a super Tour!

Very interesting tour walking in the city, joyful and useful! Highly recommended
