Much of the Algarve’s charm resides in its ability to provide top class tourist facilities and yet retain its own identity, easily visible in the traditional villages and activities of the area. Porches is renowned for its beautiful and original pottery. The Porches Pottery workshop is one of the best representatives of this art and many of the traditional methods of production are still used here today. You can see the pottery being made and painted by hand by the artisans. The fishing village of Benagil is perched above the Atlantic and a tiny but picturesque beach, the sound of the Atlantic the uninterrupted sound track to the village’s activities. Heading towards the resort of Carvoeiro we visit Algar Seco where you can see the amazing caves and grottoes carved from the coastline over the centuries. Enjoy a stroll through the village of Ferragudo, along the cobbled streets and down to the small harbor. Our last stop is in a winery where you can enjoy a guided tour and taste some of the wines produced in this region.

Oranges and the Algarve are a match made in heaven. The region produces what are considered to be the best oranges in the world. The Silves area in particular is known for its sweet, fine-skinned, aromatic and incredibly juicy oranges. The tour starts in the town of Silves, the heart of orange country in the Algarve. Visit the farmers market and take time to wander by the Arade river and enjoy pretty views of the Roman bridge and the red-hued town. Next, enjoy a guided tour to one of the largest orange orchards in the region, where you can learn about the whole process and the different species that are grown so that oranges can be enjoyed all year round. You even get to pluck an orange straight from the tree and savour it right there in the open air. The tour ends as you are served a delicious, naturally sweet, vitamin-C-packed glass of just-squeezed orange juice.

If you want to get closer to nature join us on a walking tour through some of the most beautiful scenery in the Algarve – the 7 hanging valleys trail, followed by a fantastic cruise to visit the famous Benagil caves. This scenic route is situated in Carvoeiro area and offers a string of notable stops at Benagil and Carvalho beaches, among others. The walk takes place along the top of coastal cliffs defined by deeply sculpted shapes and beautiful ocher and golden Cliffs. The walk is led by an experienced guide. At the end of the walk you will have free time in Ferragudo to have a snack or just walk around. Our next Experience is the visit to the beautiful grottoes of the Algarve in our comfortable boats! We depart from Portimão and cruise at ease towards Algar Seco and Benagil we will take you into different grottoes, where you will find natural rock formations that have been formed due to the sea and wind erosion to amaze us with their beauty. Enjoy an exclusive experience along the wildest coast of Portugal. We pick you up at your accommodation (see pick-up area), then head to the west coast, on the way discovering an old windmill and the Ponta Da Piedade in Lagos, an emblematic natural monument of the Algarve that offers "postcard" views with its inventively shaped rocks. We continue with a walk through a charming fishermen's village with white houses along a long sandy beach, a real paradise for cats who are eagerly awaiting the arrival of fish! At the end of the morning, we visit Cape St Vincent and its legendary lighthouse before a free lunch in Sagres (packed lunch or restaurant) where the atmosphere is like the end of the world, a real VIP spot for surfers who brave the powerful waves. In the afternoon, we stop at the fishing port with its colourful boats and take a track that leads us along the spectacular "fishermen's path". Photo stops at the most beautiful viewpoints of the Natural Park and a walk on the side of a cliff that is more than 80 mètres high will be an unforgettable moment synonymous with letting go and unique shots for photo lovers. We will then reach the highest natural belvedere of the Costa Vicentina, 154 mètres above the tumult of the ocean, which offers a breathtaking view of the rocky coast. This escape in the heart of this wild setting will lead us to one of the most isolated beaches of the coast, only accessible by a track that winds through the heart of nature. This moment of sharing in this confidential place will be the occasion to savour the present moment, to walk to contemplate the rocks with the hot colours, to swim (according to the season) and to appreciate in all user-friendliness an aperitif on the fine sand with the Atlantic Ocean as far as the eye can see. Your private tour comes to an end and you return to your place of stay.

Your local guides, will pick you up from your hotel and we will head west, our first stop being the pristine white chapel of Nossa Senhora Da Rocha which appears to be suspended over the ocean. This iconic site of the region is located near Praia Nova, which dazzles with its golden sand and crystal clear waters. Another popular spot for travellers is the Albandeira Arch and its surrounding cliffs, which are natural monuments that offer a postcard image. You can discover unique views by walking along the paths surrounding the site. We continue with the discovery of the fishing village of Carvoeiro with its colourful houses on the edge of a small beach where boats rest on the sand. Then we will immerse ourselves in the unusual places of Algar Seco with its cavities where the waves come and go and the cave of Boneca with its "natural window" on the ocean which is cut into the rock. Our last stop will be a visit to Ferragudo, a small fishing port in the Algarve that will not leave you indifferent as it is so charming. Walking through its typical streets or along its quay is a treat for travellers in search of authenticity. We will take you back to your place of stay or to your hotel.
