Visit the spectacular caves and secret beaches near Benagil on a guided kayaking tour. Over the course of this tour, you'll get to explore several caves, watch local fish and birdlife, and see rock formations and corals in the area. Be at one with nature with this environmentally-friendly kayaking experience, and explore along the coast and inside several caves of Benagil.   Begin at Benagil beach, from where you will be run through an introduction on kayaking, and the safe management of your kayak once inside the caves. Afterward, kayak to the Golden Beach of Marinha. On the way, you will enter several small and big caves. On the return journey, take a 20-minute stop at the beach inside the Benagil Cave for some unforgettable pictures. Go inside several big and small caves near the Benagil Cave and learn from your guide about the formation, surrounding nature and natural life.

Your tour will begin with an introduction to the basics of kayaking from your expert guide. Then you’re adventure begins: you’ll take to the water by kayak and make your way towards the Benagil Caves. The best way to enter the caves is by kayak just after sunrise, since during the day the area becomes overcrowded with tourists and boats. This special early bird tour is therefore the perfect way to experience the natural beauty of this unique location. At this early hour you’ll have ample time and opportunity to capture stunning pictures and relax on the beach. You’ll explore the Benagil Cave for 30 minutes, enjoying a refreshing dip and walk. If possible you will also discover two more breathtaking smaller caves.

After becoming totally equipped with your board, life jacket, and paddle, you will take part in a brief lesson so that everybody is able to paddle properly. Once the lesson is over, you will jump into the water with your guides to begin the tour. The first moments in the water will be dedicated to getting used to standing up on the board whilst paddling. Once everybody's comfortable the attention can shift to the amazing landscapes around the cliffs. Throughout the tour you can have a closer look at the cliffs by paddling close to them, and will also pass through a few caves. Throughout the tour you will stop inside the world famous "Algar of Benagil", and after exploring the entire area you will return to the starting point at Benagil Beach.
