amazing experience!! The seals were keen to play with us and I never thought that we will be so close to them. I also was a bit of afraid that it might be a bit „unnatural“ in perspective of consciousness and animal safety but u could really see that the seals loved swimming and playing with us :-)

The tourgides were absolutely amazing and extremely helpful! I was absolutely terrified of the seals but everyone else on board loved the experience so it was just my fear! The 6 minute speedboat ride each way was absolutely amazing, loved every minute of it. For a tourist definitely a must!

An unbelievable experience

On our last day we were finally able to do our long-awaited snorkeling with the fur seals. The water was very cold, but we were given wetsuits. Swimming with the fins was more difficult than initially thought, but the guides were super nice and you could always hold on to your "floating islands" when you were out of strength. For seasick people, staying too long on the boat (as long as it is not going) is not recommended. It is always better to stay in the water until the trip returns. What we really liked were the few tourists. We were afraid that the seals could be totally harassed. However, this was not the case. Any time!
