Pass the sea caves of the White Grotto and Green Grotto, named for the color of the water and the light effects of the sun. Admire the impressive sea stacks of the Faraglioni rocks and get lots of information about the island from your skipper along the way. Enter the famous Blue Grotto through a small entrance and continue to a large cave under the sea, where you will be amazed by the intense blue of the water caused by a natural phenomenon involving the sun.

Your English-speaking driver, along the journey, will give you general information including how to spend your free time for each of the 3 stops programmed: Positano is a true paradise, developed vertically within a tangled overlay of streets, alleys, and shops that expose the colorful Positano fashions well-known all around the world.  In the town center is the Parish Church of Santa Maria Assunta which shows up with its large dome, tiled in majolica, and sheltering some precious works like polychrome marble altars. It’s nice to get lost in Positano. To fully embrace the beauty of the town it is probably better to walk without a precise destination. You will be able to enjoy the streets, the little shops, the restaurants, the monuments, the churches, and the beaches. Amalfi, a picturesque interlacing of alleys and stairways overlooks the sea with all its extraordinary colors reflecting the enchanting landscape of Amalfi, the town whose name blesses the entire coast. Dominated by the majestic Cathedral dedicated to Sant'Andrea (St. Andrew), Amalfi proffers innumerable testimonies of its glorious past as the Maritime Republic. Ravello, another pearl of the coast, is an elegant and refined village, dipped in green and characterized by luxurious villas.  Ravello is famous all around the world for its festival, in the garden of Villa Rufolo, where an evocative setting and the emotion of listening to great music create an experience of extraordinary intensity.  The heart of Ravello is represented by Piazza Vescovado, framed by the architecture of Palazzo Rufolo and the Cathedral with its magnificent portal (the first ever made with this innovative mold technique) and 10-feet-high bell tower. Return to the hotel at about 4:30 PM.

Benefit from pick-up at a pre-assigned meeting point, and then journey to the breathtaking Amalfi Coast to hike the Path of the Gods (Il Sentiero degli Dei). Make your way through paradise on the ancient path that used to connect the sleepy hamlet of Nocelle near Positano to Bomerano in Agerola just outside Naples. Named after the natural beauties of its views, the trail is considered one of the most beautiful hiking trails in the world. Discover the remains of ancient farmhouses and meet local shepherds carrying wood with their mules, or milk to remote towns dotted around the hills and along the coast of the Tyrrhenian Sea.

Set sail from Piano di Sorrento and cruise along the coast of the Sorrentine Peninsula. Admire the fishing village of Marina Grande and see the ruins of a Roman villa near Bagni della Regina Giovanna before passing a natural waterfall that flows from the rock. Cross the Tyrrhenian Sea to discover the magnificent sea caves of the Marvelous Grotto, White Grotto and Green Grotto. Admire the Paleolithic-age Arco Naturale and contemporary Casa Malaparte along the way. Pass the Faraglioni rocks and the Punta Carena lighthouse and get some time to swim and snorkel in the sea. In the first half of the class, master the art of freshly made pizza dough using flour and water. Then in the second part of the session, create and bake your masterpiece. Meet your skipper at in the morning at the port of Amalfi and board on a typical “gozzo” boat. Start with a bubbly prosecco toast which you can sip on your way to Capri, as you sail along the Amalfi Coast. The first stop will be at the private islands Li Galli, for an unforgettable swim in the turquoise waters of the islands. Arrive in Capri and tour of the island by boat with stops to visit the Marvelous Grotto, the White Grotto, and the Green Grotto. Along the way, admire the Natural Arch, the Villa Curzio Malaparte, the Faraglioni rocks, and the Lighthouse of Punta Carena. Make another stop for swimming and snorkeling near the iconic Faraglioni sea stacks and a relaxing break with s sandwich, fruit, and drinks offered on board. Have three hours of free time to explore the island's wonders on your own before boarding the boat for a last swimming stop in the marine protected area of “Punta Campanella”. Return to the port of Amalfi scheduled in the early evening with wonderful memories of the island of Capri.

Depart from the established meeting points in Naples. Accompanied by an experienced guide, explore the main features of the ancient city of Pompeii including baths, bakeries, theaters, fresco paintings, and mosaics. Experience the ancient local lifestyle and follow the pathways of the archeological site. After free time for shopping and lunch in Pompeii, the coach departs for Mount Vesuvius. At the end of the visit, you will have a break for lunch. Climb up to 1000 meters high and then make the walk up to the crater. Upon reaching the crater, a local guide will provide you with some tips about the history of the volcano. Return to Naples in the afternoon.  

You will visit an unique place. Our pizza workshop is located in the former Margherita's Salon, the first Chantan café in Italy. It is named after the queen, to whom they dedicated the pizza. A place of historical and cultural value, located in the Palace of the Umberto Gallery in Naples You will have the best experience of your life! The most popular food in the world! You will make your own pizza in the city that invented it! So First step I'll give aprons, and we'll start creating the dough. You gonna receive all explanations about ingredients. its process and secrets, step by step you'll make your neapolitan dough! Second step will be about cutting the dough, through a special and old technique of more than 600 years, called "mozzatura", learnt from mozzarella chefs. After i will give you a local starter, you will taste organic products tomato from Vesuvio , homemade bread and fried arancini. This part is very important for you to understand the high quality of products that everybody should use while cooking. Finally we gonna make the Margherita pizza! I will show you how to stretch out pizza dough and add ingredients on top like only a pizza chef does. I'll explain you each ingredient but a little focus more on our juicy San Marzano tomato recipe. Last step we will cook the pizza in the neapolitan oven. I'll give you many info's about that and you will also put your pizza on the plate. While you'll enjoy your pizza with an included drink, I'll tell you the history of Pizza. And finally you'll receive a personalized diploma!
